the pro order is chicken parm with vodka sauce. portions are large enough to get an entire second meal out of, but i usually just do it all in one go and wash it down with the house chianti

This place is my go to neighborhood comfort food. its the perfect home cooking style Italian American spot around. Everything is basically sitting in catering trays and you can get ziti, chicken, calamari, and whatever. My usual is a chicken parm on a roll with vodka sauce. Two potato croquettes on the side.

my dad (raised in jackson heights) has been going to these spots since the late 50’s
vincent’s is all about the steamed calamari, mussels, fried shrimp and hot red sauce

nicknamed The Vin after its full legal name Potraviny, this little bodega corner store is the go to for a sweet treat. my Vin order is a cherry coke, pho, and an oreo ice cream bar.
