way better than loaded fries, tots r coming back in a big way. at the restaurant/brewery i used to work at we had a dish of tots drizzled with bbq sauce & sriracha mayo topped with kimchi, crushed peanuts, sliced shishitos & pink ginger. fork food doesnt always make good bar food but let me just tell u this was perfect
didnt rank belgian or pommes souffles because i havent had those and really i would eat any kind of these if served to me. let me use this as a platform for my hottest tater take of them all: bbq sauce > ketchup for fry condiment.. its just soooo much better OK?!?!?
they’re just baby hash browns!! throw some frozen ones in an air fryer at 400 for 15 min, toss in some cumin and salt while they’re still hot if you’re feeling wild
get one of those plastic lawn chairs & put it in a stream or river & sit in it where the water goes at least belly button height but preferably up to ur neck. & sit there & let the water run over u. let the fish investigate & nibble. crack a few cold ones if possible. do it with friends. Live
