I liked the synthesis of flavors whenever I had the chance to freely indulge in this combo during my college days. Might be too saucy and boozy for some, but I am a sauce guy and a true og Borracho.
having this for the first time was a paradigm shift - I love martinis and love tequila and didn’t have any way of marrying them but this is a prime example Equal parts tequila, dry vermouth, and curaçao blend (they use 50/50 Combier & Naranja) They also make a great wedge salad come try if you’re in SA
In honor of my bday and the Colombia v Costa Rica soccer game today we’re drinking heavy This includes DELICIOUS chiliguaro shots with the fam Basically a white liquor (traditionally guaro from Costa rica but rum and tequila are fine too) but throw in a couple dashes of hot sauce and chased with a bite of lime. SO fucking good.
