cafe regular is the cutest little place, somewhere a grandma would love but so would the coolest person you know. purity diner has its own little society going on inside, there’s regulars and employees who have a rapport like nothing i’ve ever seen! in prospect park, the dog beach and the nethermead are the best spots to just sit and watch! and the best fruit stand is mr. lime! always so fresh and juicy and yummy, and they do specials like 2 boxes of strawberries for $5
when i lived in bushwick i liked dweebs a lot. sey is pretty ok too when i lived in east village i liked ninth street for being good and below my flat and abraço for the quality and the lack of options but the truth is, rose bakery at dover street market is the actual Best coffee i think i had in NY when i lived there. that’s the one i miss
this coffee shop, located at 888 Madison Ave, is so cute and also tasty. you can come for the coffee and delicious little pastries but above all i think Ralph’s excels at aesthetics. the design of the cafe is incredible stylized and although the indoor seating is limited they also have options outside. i don’t think this place is necessarily a must-visit but if you find yourself nearby i’d personally recommend stopping by :)
PLG coffee house and tavern! yummy sandwiches, different music every time, just the right amount of noisy! there’s a few more places on rogers ave that i often see people working at, hamlet coffee or anything seem cool
