its a 2x2 collage i will treat it as such… whether it be by matching covers by colour or creating a checkerboard w contrasting colours this is a necessary step in my playlist creation process and i will rearrange the order of the songs to achieve this! this one is b&w :-)
as per my last rec: here are some of my playlists. i only recently left spotify but when i was using it i would curate the first four songs of a playlist to make color coordinated cover art. when i switched to apple i haaaated the default playlist text so i decided i needed to give into the aesthetic angel on my shoulder. i have 30+ playlists so it was definitely a task to find just the right pic to match the vibes. i know i don’t have to take things this seriously. yet i do :)
concoct a collage of album covers, string together a poem of song names, come up with a one word title or an elaborate one… put the word “play” in playlists! you can make so much art in a playlist! go down a rabbit hole n have fun! i linked a playlist that i had fun making <3 hope ya like it ⭐️
instead of doing it under the influence we should start saying it casually on the daily on a random weekday afternoon… this is the way please believe me!
possibly one of the cooler and chic- er things i own… i love the look of it sooo much, it makes the cds in my collection a piece of art in itself, proudly displayed when it’s not spinning !
