Iām almost sure Iāve recād this acupressure mat before, but it deserves a second rec if so. I use it every day atm. Itās often the only time I am free from pain when Iām on it, and it instantly soothes my whole body and mind. Iāve fallen asleep on it many times. I have M.E. and ADHD which is a shit combo as I need to rest a lot but my body and mind wonāt let me, but 20 minutes on this guy and Iām soothed enough to either get back up and chill out, or nap for a while with a calmer system. I really love it and I canāt recommend it highly enough.

YMMV but i swear by my acupressure mat when I have a stress/tension headach. I roll it up and stick it under my neck/shoulder area. Bliss! It actually resolves the headache pretty quickly.

My friend Megan recommended I get an acupressure mat and my life has never been the same. I may not use it every day, but if Iām ever in a state of acute physical/mental/spiritual distress this thing always saves my life. It gets your blood and energy flowing to heal you of almost any ailment. It is my most recommended tool for healing to everyone I know and I think everyone should have one! I would get the neutral gray colored one, but I have the garish green one. Trust me itās insanely powerful and will change your life. My other favorite tool that I use everyday literally is a small wooden massage tool from Tangerine. The wood smells heavenly and itās perfect for massaging the scalp, neck, shoulders, and face. This is never not in my purse!

I am by no means traditionally religious, but I fully understand how being in the presence of beautiful stained glass can feel like being with god. ALWAYS stop off at a church on the way if you think it might have good stained glass. The bluebells in the bottom right corner of this made me loose my breath for a moment.
