this is what i eat for breakfast every morning. it may sound boring, but i need the fiber and the blueberries provide flavor. i'm really picky about my blueberries. my favorite are the driscoll's sweetest batch, but i very rarely find them at my local grocery store. the gift and the curse of eating these are that they are amazing, but they set the standard too high for me, where every other blueberry tastes inferior. i don't know all that chia seeds provide beyond fiber and omega-3 but they're tasteless and provide a bit of texture. try making this cereal and let me know what you think.

basic but i love it. my current flavour rotation currently is 1. frozen berries melted down to a jam and topped with greek yogurt. and 2. using chocolate milk in place of regular milk and topping with fresh blueberries. donβ€˜t knock the frozen berries till you try them!

every morning i eat siggi's low fat skyr with blackberries and a quarter handful of mini chocolate chips. it makes life simple and exciting
