this is what i eat for breakfast every morning. it may sound boring, but i need the fiber and the blueberries provide flavor. i'm really picky about my blueberries. my favorite are the driscoll's sweetest batch, but i very rarely find them at my local grocery store. the gift and the curse of eating these are that they are amazing, but they set the standard too high for me, where every other blueberry tastes inferior. i don't know all that chia seeds provide beyond fiber and omega-3 but they're tasteless and provide a bit of texture. try making this cereal and let me know what you think.
