i truly believe that all of these films perfectly capture the essence of what movies are all about - telling a story. with incredible sound design, memorable soundtracks, and unmatched cinematography from all four of these, i truly think these are shining examples to both get people into the hobby of watching movies and to satisfy the love for movies that many film nerds have.
Very under-appreciated film. Watching it feels like going on a vacation. It also makes one wonder like Ichiko, “How much of my life is lived for the sake of other people’s expectations?” The road to self-actualization is long and non-linear, but it’s worth traversing.
