Gin paper plane is my favorite cocktail!
It’s perfect for many reasons:
1. Delicious
2. Common ingredients so you can almost always get it at a bar
3. everything is a 1 to 1 ratio so it’s easy to make at home and also batch
in fact, picture is from me experimenting to make a batch w/ mezcal and amaro camatti bc that’s what I have in the house! Classic recipe is:
¾ ounce bourbon
¾ ounce Aperol
¾ ounce Amaro Nonino
¾ ounce lemon juice
Shaken and strained
