Despite living in sheffield for 8 years, I never really went out into the peaks or Derbyshire at all, but since being with my BF who’s from there I’ve loved visiting. It feels like a fantasy realm a lot of the time. yesterday we went to Creswell Crags.

I grew up in central Pennsylvania and I absolutely love driving through the forest-covered mountains. The feeling of going through small towns built into the side of the mountains is unlike anything else.

right now i would have to say either nashville or the smoky mountains, but i also think i have so much more of the world to see
i’m going to scotland, ireland and england in 2 weeks and i think i’m going to love it

I am by no means traditionally religious, but I fully understand how being in the presence of beautiful stained glass can feel like being with god. ALWAYS stop off at a church on the way if you think it might have good stained glass. The bluebells in the bottom right corner of this made me loose my breath for a moment.
