Walking around in your house at night holding a candle
Really frees you from the shackles of electric lights which can be so damaging to your circadian rhythm and it just makes you feel more in tune with how people are supposed to live. I don’t even remember the last time I turned on a lightbulb 💅

Luddite alert! with similar goals but diff vibes I have FL-41 glasses in my purse and a light therapy visor headlight thing in my Amazon cart (more effective than ssri’s in some cases apparently)

My dad teases me about how when I was a little kid, my favorite thing to do when I was on the landline phone with somebody—be it a relative or one of my best friends—was to breathlessly describe the things that were in my bedroom so that they could have a mental picture of everything I loved and chose to surround myself with, and where I sat at that moment in time. Perfectly Imperfect reminds me of that so thanks for always listening and for sharing with me too 💌
