recently picked up running cause i kept hearing people be like ‘anyone can do it!! i used to hate running now i love it!’ and as an asthmatic with famously terrible endurance i was like. i don’t believe yall but i guess i’ll have to see for myself
and now i’m on my second week of running and i just did my first long run. i have no other goals with this than just ‘let’s see if i can do it’ and it is SO freeing
I ran a 7k and a 5k this week and I feel capable and strong and never thought I’d be one to enjoy running but it’s never too late to pick up a new activity!!!
ok here are all the things i put in my stew today: shiitake mushrooms, garlic, scallions, gochugaru, kimchi, zucchini, carrots, kelp broth, rice cakes, octopus balls, & a hard boiled egg!
out of all the mushrooms in the world, they have the best texture. i just put a ton of them in some yakisoba! if you don't like mushrooms, grow the fuck up!
