I personally don't like this meme. However, I think it's very interesting to look at the ways in which the attention economy evolves, as well as how influencers could profit off of virality in more tangible ways.

I'm amazed at what could signify brand loyalty. As funny as this is, it's crazy that people are so well-versed when it comes to the message that a company sends, as well as the political affiliations a brand might receive from their owners, having consumers passing those ideas as their own automatically due to the purchase of a product + the information that's available out there.

sometimes it’s more fun to read the book review, or the tweets about the book review, than to read the actual book. sometimes you learn more about a news event from the associated memes than the headline story. sometimes the weird creepy ai tiktok remix is better entertainment value than the original video
