I love standing on my front porch and just watching the world go by and my neighbour just stops on the street and watches everything like hands behind back clasped watching construction or a plane We seriously need to stop more! And breathe and watch and live and learn! Sit on the stoop bitch on the steps on the curb in a tree!
I love doing this! Outside seating at a cafe / restaurant / bar and just being. Take a moment to sonder. Watching others experience life and go about their day.
Coffee or wine in one hand, cigarette in the other - it’s amazing.
Headphones OFF. Listening to the birds and the leaves and neighbors on walks on phone calls. Journalling and jamming and eating cherries!!! For all the complicated emotions a childhood home evokes I will always relish in the privilege of a porch.
Swimming is the best thing ever! it’s earthy and hot and mindful and im determined! So graceful! used to be a Pilates princess now im a sexy swimming swan 🩷 I may have an aching heart but she’s healthy🩷
Get out of town drive for hours leave ur life for the weekend and let it all PURGE out of you. Include an ocean plunge somewhere in the mix. You’ll come back better and awesome and cleansed. Trust 🤝
. It smelt divine and warmed me up and yeah the ginger whacks you hard in the back of ur throat but I think it genuinely cured me. Shotted it at 9am at the markets.
