Anyone else noticed how pop music is having a moment right now? 'Recession Pop', the phenomena where pop culture, especially music, thrives in hard economic times. Just before (or during) a recession, we tend to get served music with faster BPMs, and that are actually scientifically proven to boost positive emotions.
