Enter Japanese Barley Tea. It is caffeine free so I am slamming it morning, noon and night. It helps regulate digestion and sleep (contains fiber + melatonin) - 2 things that get funky when I have tried to quit nicotine in the past. My analyst also thinks the vape satisfies some sort of oral-to-phallus fixation I have (t-y freud). Unfortunately drinking barley tea does not replicate this, but it does address oral fixation in other ways.
Last year, I fucked up my skin barrier by using too many expensive products that contain 7000 ingredients. Had to cease all skincare except for face wash and moisturizer - CeraVe healed me (plus a bunch of steroid creams).
