i just got back to my hometown and im keeping it simple for remote work but the top was my desk when i was at my dorm in uni. that one was just chaotic af bc it was also the only desk i had in the room lmao
10+ year old apple monitors and my laptop, mostly used when producing otherwise iโm on the couch with just my laptop for most things I gotta do. the little table with the synths on the right is an old sewing machine table with wheels on it I got at an antique store for cheap, it has collapsable extensions on each side very helpful for decluttering my main desk space
"If I'm an advocate for anything, it's to move. As far as you can, as much as you can. Across the ocean, or simply across the river. The extent to which you can walk in someone else's shoes or at least eat their food, it's a plus for everybody. Open your mind, get up off the couch, move." โAnthony Bourdain
okay this has been cool for me because - i have somewhere to go to when i am bored with my work from home setup
- i have the privilege of taste testing their new stuff
- they give me free shit lmao
- we can share our cool hobbies/interests
- we get to talk about the craft which they're so passionate about or just have a wholesome conversation
