Cash only vibes (they do take card but i feel weird doing it) and the best tuna melt and matzo ball soup of all time. Place has been around for decades and hasn’t changed!!
This city used to never sleep... covid changed that. Nowadays, very few NYC establishments are truly 24/7. Luckily, Sunny & Annie's deli is one of them. The sandwich counter is GOATed and it *never closes*!!! They have so many different sandos but my favorite is the "Pho 1" — it's the ingredients that are in pho soup but on a sandwich instead. This is the ultimate East Village spot, whether you're hungry af at 4 am or whether you're just waking up and wanna grab a breakfast sandwich to eat in Tompkins with your lover
I go here religiously. I call it the watering hole of “dimes square” my go to is a large honeydew melon/lychee smoothie. 25 Canal St, New York, NY 10002 great on a hot day. be nice to them and the cat.

after you’ve been poked and prodded in your nether regions: treat yourself to an overpriced coffee & pastry and stroll by all the gorgeous townhomes. as a reward for surviving being born with the best of the 23 chromosomes.
