every time i go thru a breakup, i get a new ear piercing. it allows me to mark personal growth in a tangible way, and i’ve found that it’s nice to nurture a healing wound at the same time your heart heals.
plus, it’s fun now to look at my piercings and think “god! what an asshole.”
