Chocolate milk as a recovery drink
I know it still has a lot of sugar, but holy shit what a fun way to immediately get a lot of protein (10ish grams a cup) into your body post workout. If you’re in the New York area, the Ronnybrook creamline chocolate is to die for! Like a different world from the last time I had this habit in the college dining hall.
