Thank you to thematichopscotch for recommending pioneer works, I checked their website and found out Julie Byrne was performing tonight and immediately purchased a ticket and it was an unreal concert in a beautiful venue with a really great crowd. I can’t wait to come back for more events :’)

I saw them twice this week and they’re better than ever! Caroline Westbury opened and put on a fun show, too.
If anyone’s a PPS fan around here, definitely see them! Their fans are super cool and diverse, and the band is very friendly if you get to talk with them after the show. You’ll have a great time!

There's a neat kombucha bar / music venue in town, and it's one of my favorite places to see music. Pretty much exclusively indie/punk shows, but a friend asked us to play there, and we brought a very different vibe with our old time/bluegrass/folk stuff. Everyone was so nice, and it was fun to merge two sort of different worlds that share a DIY ethos

I took it in a canon rebel g that I was lucky enough to find at an estate sale for about $20 and it’s by far my favorite pic I’ve ever taken! I think the film is like fujifilm ISO 400 or something idk but I love the colors it brings out
