Best soft serve in Philadelphia. We get so happy that we sing in the ice cream shop. The line is normally around the block so we play talking games with our friend group while we wait. One time we were giving prompts and seeing who could answer it the best; it was "The bus driver says hey hey ho..... ______." Cash won because he answered with "Santa Claus."

super good ice cream (I think about their mint chocolate chip…a lot) and great soft serve sundaes in a teeny little shop by mcgolrick. they close for the winter BUT they’ll be back open next week! Also everyone who works there is so nice I love it 🥹 screen door #1 fan right here

In light of my big 2-0 I made the walk after work to the Ben and Jerry’s location near Fenway Park and stopped by for a solo scoop of free ice cream. And in the midst of scarfing down their new mango flavor in 95F heat I thought abt the decade i left behind and the decade ahead of me w a renewed sense of sweet wonder :]]🥭🥭

We miss chronological feeds. We miss forming community through internet friends and groupchats. We miss being fans and spending our lives obsessing over our faves. In an attempt to bring these things back to the surface, we're spending more time on open forums and less time with algorithms. So...... neocities blogs (brittany's here & sameera's here) and discord and perfectly imperfect. And more than anything, we're trying to spend time reminiscing about these days of early spirit and community. Maybe if we talk about it enough, it'll work its way back into existence. There's a reason why everyone misses it so much.
