despite all the time I spent overworking myself when I had time I spent so much of my time at after hours the last year. Which in theory was fun but wearing on my body
“are you okay?” no but i will be once i do this please… did this last week at work (open plan office btw) and it helps. i got the work done in less than 4 hours so yes!
