Focus on good ingredients, and a great drink comes easy - also lets leave the salt rim in the past and hit this with a spice mix like tajin: 1oz Serrano and cilantro infused blanco tequila* 1/2oz Mezcal (any decent mezcal will do here, try to find one with smoke on it to pair with the infused tequila) 1oz orange liqueur (use one that isn’t too dry) 3/4 oz lime juice 5 drops of saline solution Add a SMALL spoon of agave syrup if you don’t enjoy bitter drinks Shake and double strain over a rocks glass with ice *Honestly this is where you can impress your guests on a budget, we don’t need anything expensive, but just make sure it‘s a step above Jose. In a container add a chopped serrano pepper, a few whole stems of cilantro, and a bottle of your tequila, and let it sit for a few hours. Strain back into the original bottle and enjoy. Play around with the ratios!

Old Cuban - run cocktail, SOOOO light and summery and fresh however some bartenders don’t know how to make it Any sour is a good bet, a whiskey or amaretto sour for something with a slightly more complex favour profile, but every bar usually has some interesting take on a sour A margarita with mezcal is an amazing elevation from ur typical margarita
