Be the one person not staring at a screen, examine the effects of eye contact on people. Makes you feel like you know something they don't, and you do: how to exist without constant stimulation. In an elevator, waiting for a bus, eating a meal, etc. Try it out. It's what we're meant to do.

Get on a bus, get on the train, get on a bike, get OFF CAMPUS. EXPLORE. TAKE PICTURES. EAVESDROP ON PEOPLE. EXPERIENCE THE WORLD. If you feel safe enough, go alone, see what versions of yourself you can find hidden within the outside world.
