Start small. Dont read, don’t text, no new skincare routine, just sit. And slowly finish the whole glass. Breathe. And if you cry a little that’s ok. Because being Still when feeling sad or stuck or numb really sucks. Lean in to the liminal. Let it pass. And when the big glass of water is done make sure you reassure yourself- it’s all going to be ok. Then move on.

Honestly you just keep up as best as you can. I just remind myself that millions of people have survived this long, you'll be okay. Nothing is as pressing as it feels I've realized. Somehow things work out in the end. Know what matters the most to you, keep up with that. Be kind and your community will help you keep up and recover from the rest. That being said tho it is really still a lot and it's okay to just be overwhelmed sometimes.

Feel your feelings without judgment. Spend as much time with people who love you as possible. Make a list of things that bring you happiness/peace/comfort and try to do them.
