Imagine reading a dream diary, now imagine it to have polygonal graphics, that's the game, there's no objective, it's just a really cool walking simulator.
This game is like reading a long choose-your-own-adventure book with dark, moody watercolor illustrations.
You attempt to solve a murder as a cop suffering from amnesia and drug addiction. It’s so much weirder and cooler than I’m making it sound.
really fun point and click adventure with colourful characters and a beautiful story!
p.s. some of the games that you've mentioned have been added to my wish list hehe
From a “hobbyist” perspective, the natural conclusion of OSSC upscaling fetishism and a PS2 with a hard drive is getting to play this gorgeously freaky little game on original hardware without buying a price gouged £200+ disc copy.
From a personal perspective, I think I’ve tripped and stumbled into prototyping a video game? Music isn’t speaking to me the way that it used to and I guess I’m looking for a more gag driven way to get my point across. Survival horror is such malleable language. So I’m deluding myself into considering this research. Playing it in tandem with Silent Hill 4 to get a nice spread of dream-logic nightmare realms that clash with domestic horror. I do so wish P.T. was still accessible. If anybody has any other suggestions or favourites in this category I’d love to hear them!
Deliciously creepy stuff.
