One way to emphasize a word in English is to repeat it, like "I'm tired but I'm not tired tired". I'm not sure if they do this in other languages too but I've always found it amusing.

If you don’t say it your brain won’t think you need to know it. make sure you repeat it back and ALSO use it in conversation at least once
