I have been going CRAZY for salted eggs, everything I eat simply becomes a Michelin star type dish (TO ME) when I add salted egg to it. I cream the yolks with SOME of the whites (for additional flavor and so you wonβt need to add salt) with room temp butter, then I chop up some chili and mix it all up. So far I have added it to chicken wings, marbled potatoes, and garlic butter shrimp. Itβs the best thing in life right now. Excites me more than anything.
I am obsessed with this humble snack. A sprinkle of salt + pep is all your really need. However if youβre feeling fancy (as you should be): Cut egg in half and add a tiny squeeze each of dijon mustard + kewpie mayo. Sprinkle of salt + crack of pepper. Tear a green olive and at 1 piece to each half. Deviled egg craving quenched in a quarter of the time. Divine.
I am pretty certain that I am with the person I'm going to marry. We've been through so much together and no one in the world has ever known me as intimately as he does. My soul is crystal clear to him. And he loves me. Most importantly, he is always ready to learn even more about me and to evolve with me and to make space for me in his life, in his habits, and in his behaviour. I love him so much. I'm so lucky. I hope I find him in all my other lives. I hope we're together until the end of time.
My baby son makes my life so beautiful. Unbelievable luck that we live in the world where we have befriended cats and that they can trust us and would seem so overjoyed to see us come home. This little guy's in my home and I am in his.
