I recently learnt that reading a physical copy of a book while listening to it's audiobook version, like listening to it being narrated as you read, is a weird thing nobody in my friend circle does.

starting at like 1.1x and then i keep increasing every time i get comfortable with the speed and it sounds normal until i get to 1.6x or more, then i can listen to more book in less time
itโs important to maintain a playlist of songs you could perform at karaoke if someone springs it on you. shuffle and practice every day in the car/shower, you gotta stay in fighting shape
fun and whimsical, thoughtful and creative. they can be really good or really bad. you can disrupt an open concept office with them and people are delighted instead of annoyed
