the music coming out of copenhagen (and scandinavia in general) is the perfect sonic encapsulation of the cultural zeitgeist rn imo. this song and the album it’s on just hit the spot in translating the dissonance between aspiration and reality of being young in a big city.
Almost grunge. Really good. Sounds like i'ts from the mid 90s. Playing is tight, production sounds better than pretty much anything punk from the era. Worth a listen if you wanna feel like punching a wall repeatedly for 30 minutes. MJ Lenderman has em playlisted I think.
