these are within the past year ofc so that may be part of my bias HOWEVER... all experiences had my heart racing the entire time! the scores! the drama! the scale (even that of a small tennis tournament)!
i had pre-listened to the challengers score (upon recommendation) and it made every beatdrop feel electric.
tbf i really love seeing movies in the theater (waow hot take!)
i saw avatar 2 in 3d and that was another all time viewing. the brief nausea was worth it
okay….i know i am SOOOO behind on this, but i’m horrible about keeping up with new movies. as someone who played tennis for YEARS, i am losing my mind about this movie. it almost makes me miss playing for the drama (obviously this was a little more dramatic than what i dealt with, but still)…instantly in my top 10. also the way that last match scene was filmed??? are you kidding me?? the under the court shots??? AMAZING. was clutching my PEARLS.
It was really friendly and I felt very lucky to be so welcomed by a total stranger cat. I tried to see the name on its collar a few times but it was too squirmy. After a few minutes of watching it roll around, I felt that I spent enough time in a strangers driveway laughing at and scratching a cat. When I started walking though, it lazily followed me! I made sure it didn't get too far from where it stopped me and the rest of my walk felt a little lighter. (the mystery kitty)
