for a 4 bedroom townhome outside ATL this is VERY good. i was lucky enough to have a “friend” (my drug dealer lol) who was crashing at his dad‘s empty place and needed a roommate so it’s just the two of us in this big ass house. utilities are never more than like 100 bucks. good shit.
