I've started to wear navy ALL the time, usually in place of black. Black trousers? Iโm slapping on the navys. navy socks, navy hats, navy tees! It looks better with most colors and thereโs tons of beautiful variants in tones (I love a deeeep navy that feels like the depths of midnight). I don't know why it took me so long to realize this?? Navy with tan-tones is timeless and the most pleasing of color combos to my little eyes. I'm trying to think NAVY first from now on.

Never been a sartorial guy but sneaking in some sports coats into my rotation for fancy dinners & events has been a lot of fun. Toss in some really worn in jeans and nice shoes and itโs a good time.
i've come to terms with the fact that i kind of only wear jeans with a button down and a sweater + the same shoes every day. it bothered me for a while but now i love how much mental energy it frees up. matching the color of my sweater to a fun pair of socks is the perfect amount of daily self expression for me, i don't need any more
