I've been dreaming of this dessert since Tyler and I tried it in Portland a few weeks ago. There are truly no words. It has a buttery crust on the bottom, I'm assuming it was graham cracker, a gentle lemon poppy seed semifreddo, a blueberry compote that is SUPER tart (raspberry lime rickey vibes), and a beautiful toasted meringue on top. This one could be a seasonal item, but I hope it's on the menu year-round.
in Buenos Aires. lots of fun flavor combinations on small plates but the showstopper was this absolute slapper of a pavlova. will be recreating it for my birthday soon ❤️
