secondhand bookstore to find random poetry books, then annotate the poems for your friends or each other
get a Polaroid or film camera, go to a carnival/street fair/boardwalk, use up all the pictures, develop them, and then make a very 90s scrapbook out of the pics (does require some time commitment….)
blind date dinner — plan to cook together but don’t tell each other what you’re making until it’s made

i didn’t snap a picture but i made a square vase with vines and made all of my friends make a thumbprint flower :)
bring a polaroid camera and snap cute candids especially if u scrapbook!! i recently put stickers and mod podge on my camera and it looks sick as fuck :0

don’t use sound as an escape from your thoughts/feelings/surroundings. grocery shopping without headphones is actually kind of beautiful!
pick up a new hobby or two or three. one of them should be something you’re not good at, and at least one should be no- or low-cost.
never. stop. learning. the library, the parks and rec department, and nearby museums offer great materials already but also usually have free lectures or courses.
go outside more. like, a lot more.
