genuinely anytime im in a rut it always helps to be outside, leaving the house even for just a walk with no stimulus except what the world is presenting you really does wonders

My biggest thing when being in a funk is feeling stuck somewhere, so I force myself to put on some clothes and put myself somewhere new so my mind can follow. @devisthatgirl already covered going on a walk, you could also: - go on a random drive and listen to music/podcasts - go to a craft store - go to a free museum - or literally just find somewhere quiet outside the house - I recommend no scrolling and just sit, smell, listen, look closely at the things around you. I've been there many times - you can do this!! <3
