What a simple way to NOTICE that voice - inner critic, censor, filter, negative self talk, ereshkigal, (xv) the devil, (iv) the emperor, the firefighter, the manager, shadow self - and actually have a conversation with it. Who knew ugliness is such a trigger (lol Keats? IDK)
