literally can not stop listening to these gals talk about goddamn nothing... I saw them do a live podcast in brooklyn and i damn near lost my mind. I am listening to their new episode right now which compiles a bunch of clips from thier live tour and it astounds me how naturally funny they are. I think everyone has had a really good conversation with a friend and said WE SHOULD MAKE A PODCAST, but very few can handle the intensity of having a constant interesting conversations. -I Will Teach You To Be Rich: insane branding but stay with me, you get to listen to real couples talk about their actual finances. Ramit is surprisingly intersectional in how he views peopleās attitudes about money, you wouldnāt get the vibe from his general demeanor but itās frequently nuanced takes. his book that the podcast is named for is a tough read bc he has a very brash āguy with a podcast and internet course for sellā vibe to him but he is genuinely the only āfinancial advice guruā that I trust and listening to his more recent episodes you can tell he has a firm understanding of societal factors that lead to financial hardship. whenever iām up to date on this one I can feel myself making smarter money decisions (sorry long description I do feel like he requires a lot of prefacing lol)
