Went to a special screening of Anora last night (it’s still not available over here) and I cannot stop thinking about it. If you’re cool wt nudity and a bit explicit sex scenes, you should def go watch this!
Anora is such a strong character. I loved how this film brought such a distinct and also typical story with such rawness and vulnerability. Plus, I laughed A LOT

Very surreal viewing experience with myself and one dude being the only solitary perverts in our small theater packed to the gills with people—couples, pairs of women, and a front row of college aged girls having a ladies’ night. They were talking so loudly that people had to yell at them to shut up. (After the movie I heard one of them say “I think it was straight middle aged freaky not actually freaky. She’s a straight middle aged woman in power who wants to be dominated by the man and that’s the only thing. And she was a terrible person the entire time!”)
I was blushing furiously the whole time and shrinking into my seat and my jaw definitely dropped multiple times. Very cerebral and psychosexually loaded movie that deals primarily in restraint to explore control vs vulnerability…

wuluwu wack ass amazing thriller and also ive watched the trailer 20 times in it’s own right, super fucking brill
up to you to decide if the sex scenes fall into the category of cliched pornographic lesbianism or a tongue-in-cheek sexual freedom

I had never done scrapbook or collages before but I grew up watching my mom do scrapbooks. Almost three years ago I randomly decided to take some collage classes and I loved it. After that, I barely did anything until last year where my therapist had me do something creative through any medium that I wanted and I chose a collage.
I did this one last week inspired by Bad Bunny’s new album because hearing it made me feel like home while also aching to one day be able to go back. (context: i’m both puertorrican and mexican but currently live in mexico).

I cannot stress this enough. In the past six months I’ve made it my goal to be intentional in the places around me as I’m walking. And occasionally I find places or notice sunsets that are worth stoping for.
Then the most beautiful thing happens. People have seen me do that then they also stop to figure out what I’m staring at. They either keep going afterwards or stop and stare too.
Yesterday as I was walking I saw this freaking BEAUTIFUL sunset and I stopped to take a pic and then this guy saw me, saw the sunset and then he stopped to take a pic too <3
One small step can change so much around us!
