I had never listened to their music except the really popular ones. Until two and a half weeks ago when my cousin, who is their biggest fan, gave me all their lore and info on each album. Iāve been so so hooked, I canāt stop listening to them. He had me listen to one album per day and guys, I swear my life has changed.
I have a TON of recs but the one that stands out is Rhiannon along with my favorite live versions of it:
1. The Dance 2. Live from Burbank Studios CA ā76 3. Live from Wembley Arena UK ā80 4. Mirage Tour ā82 5. And the best one of all, the one from the music video which unfortunately is not in Spotify but I linked it!

-āFrom The Startā by Good Kid covers often are hit or miss, but this is an absolute banger. somehow combining the jazz of the orginal Laufey tune with indie rock is everything anyone could possibly need and more. plus the indie rock makes the heartthrob of the lyrics hit so much harder. the delivery of the lyrics is just š itās just the perfect song to belt out and i love it so much
-āSaturday Sunā by Vance Joy indie folk!!! highly recommend!!! this shit is amazing!! the good vibes and the hope this song brings is just it.Ā something something being in love and being happy. this song is just great
-āAbout A Girlā by Nirvana I really like grunge rock apparently. depressing grunge rock. and this is depressing as shit. just- it- yeah i donāt even know what to say about this song. itās great and sad and- yeah yay! unhealthy relationships! (ahhhhhh)
-āSilver Springsā by Fleetwood Mac i already posted aboutĀ Rumours, but this is my favorite off the album, and itās not even actually on the original album. passing this over for āI Donāt Want To Knowā was certainly a choice, but i wasnāt alive in 1977 so what do i care? (i love both songs) in terms of the actual song, i donāt have a marriage thatās coming to a tulmoltuous end, but the feminine rage emitted from this song is everything. if you aināt singing your heart out in the second half, youāre doing it wrong.

š©If you know me you know I have a lifelong obsession with Stevie Nicks. I donāt know how to say this without sounding stupid but I just think sheās the most perfect woman in the world, with a voice kind of like a goat but also an angel. Before Fleetwood Mac, she and Lindsay Buckingham put out Buckingham Nicks, which was critically a total bust, but itās my favorite āā folksier and rawer than any of the high-gloss Cali pop theyād make with the Mac. Just listen to this.

I had never done scrapbook or collages before but I grew up watching my mom do scrapbooks. Almost three years ago I randomly decided to take some collage classes and I loved it. After that, I barely did anything until last year where my therapist had me do something creative through any medium that I wanted and I chose a collage.
I did this one last week inspired by Bad Bunnyās new album because hearing it made me feel like home while also aching to one day be able to go back. (context: iām both puertorrican and mexican but currently live in mexico).

I cannot stress this enough. In the past six months Iāve made it my goal to be intentional in the places around me as Iām walking. And occasionally I find places or notice sunsets that are worth stoping for.
Then the most beautiful thing happens. People have seen me do that then they also stop to figure out what Iām staring at. They either keep going afterwards or stop and stare too.
Yesterday as I was walking I saw this freaking BEAUTIFUL sunset and I stopped to take a pic and then this guy saw me, saw the sunset and then he stopped to take a pic too <3
One small step can change so much around us!
