Iβve been going on walks lately & theyβve been helping my mood a lot. Usually this time of year I succumb to seasonal depression (or maybe just my major depression) but Iβm realizing that I donβt have to be JUST sad. I can be sad while doing other things, like walking or writing.
Iβm trying to do things I like & Iβm trying to like who I am, even when I am sad.
