as someone who talks too much i think this is the sweet spot; say nothing and it’s unresolved, it’s yours to carry alone, say too much and it won’t necessarily be received the way you want or need it to be, say just enough and it stops being your problem and becomes the world’s problem, you’re free now it’s not your business how it’s received. but sometimes just enough is not at all, because maybe there’s nothing left to say ☝🏽😔

I like to stop talking sometimes and communicate through gestures. It helps me balance myself and keep from getting overwhelmed because sometimes my own voice is too loud in my ears

They are kind of ridiculous. The epitome of a small dog. If you were to tell a child to draw a dog the drawing would most likely look like a tiny dachshund. They look better in your arm than most handbags. Nobody is afraid of them. You can’t really take them serious - which is an ideal to recommended to any Homo Sapiens. Yet they have a lot of character and are smarter than the turd who wants to become president again. And they get quiet old without going to Equinox or using nutrition supplement or detox and all that shit.
