doesnt matter how hard you try to use the information and skills and tools you have, you’ll inevitably get tired/struggle/self-sabotage/overreact/etc. im not perfect, im human
i am starting to realise how detrimental & unfair it is to not only myself but also the people around me because i then hold them to unreachable standards.
we are learning!! not there yet but slowly and surely
and then trying really hard to stop. obviously it's easier said than done. sometimes it all hits you like what am i doing? and for why???
the next step is to be nice to yourself about it tho it really just happens and that's fine
