It’s a fun “adult craft” and you can use a thin layer of modge podge to put the flowers in a frame!
see also: drink coffee or tea, exercise (even if just once or twice/week), dancing/singing, and gathering with family/friends
pick some wildflowers, place them in a folded tissue under a stack of books, & surprise yourself in a few months when you find them again
perfect for decorating cards, making bookmarks, etc.💛
In my older years (late 20s) I’ve come to appreciate the simplicity and vibrancy of flowers in the home. I used to not like flowers because of their short life span and thought it was a waste of money, but supporting local florists and making my home more aesthetically pleasing has been a form of self care and joy. Now I grab a random assortment have my friends and I make bouquets as an activity !
