newjersey i'd love to, but it's hard because the location data is user inputed / not formatted in a consistent way.
if people are down to give opt-in location access (for location-based recs/content) that'd really help the feature be powerful.

this new two column layout is so much better IMO now when you click on someone's profile u can see what theyre into right away, rather than having to scroll down a bunch to see their posts. the "pinned" section now feels properly pinned too we might make some changes to the mobile version as well.. tap in with feedback on this
TL;DR it shows you the everyone feed on the left and curated/top posts on the right much much better imo - it's always showing you the latest posts and you can still see what's hot, rising users, staff picks, etc, and the article isn't at the top anymore (i know that was bugging some of you) it's a true home base now, and leans further into the "social magazine" feel we're going for curious how you guys feel - do you like the chaotic vibe or would you prefer a more refined experience
tomorrow PI.FYI launches to the public this project is the result of thousands of hours spent coding everything from scratch after I got laid off six months ago no thiel-bucks or weirdo outsider money, just a pure desire to make something fun and true to Perfectly Imperfect’s day one goal of helping people find new things from real human beings, not algorithms or AI a pure labor of love that I’ve been quietly plotting for two years and it’s completely self-funded from my (rapidly) dwindling savings account so thank you for coming along for this weird ride 🫶 let's see where it goes
