For like a week, be diligent in unsubscribing every time u get an email from a ml u don’t want, DONT just delete it. It gets so easy and makes such a noticeable difference
I have completely switched to good old vinyl at home, streaming only when I'm on the road. And everything I buy on vinyl, I save as an album on Spotify. Playlists just don't do it for me anymore.
