Hey we're in the same boat I am also nauseous all the time. I love matzo ball soup soooo much. I get the Manischewitz mix from the grocery store and then add chicken broth salt pepper & parsley. If you're feeling extra fancy/want some kind of other textural element I add chopped carrots and celery sometimes but when I'm not feeling good nothing beats just broth + spheres
