These are an integral part of my morning routine and have kind of changed my life. They were sold out of the planner for a second and I freaked out and sent one million emails asking if they were coming back. The company is based in Atlanta, female owned and eco-conscious. Period!

LEUCHTTURM1917 journals (their bold font, not mine). I have been journaling since I was a dramatic pre-teen and ive landed on this brand perhaps forever. Colors are amazing, you can choose the paper lining that you want, different sizes, often sold in your local bookstore etc etc etc

I have tried many a notebook, and what drives me crazy is the mish mash of daily lists, journal entries, and random plans/quotes/poem drafts.
The separation gives me a peace of mind. The accesories are, unfortunately, very fun.
Huge tip, use large, bendy paper clips to make this or, frankly, any notebook lay flat.

Iāve always been a massive fan of whatever Zack Fox does and he has been blessing us with a bunch of DJ sets this summer that are on Youtube. I crank them all day long and feel like I can do anything. He introduced me to the song āBi-Racialā by Sean Fury on the album āLadies of Colorā and for that I am forever grateful.Ā

This game is perfect because you donāt need anything just some friends and their minds. So you each choose a number between 0 - 100 in your head and then you have to figure out how to count from 0 to 100 in order. You can negotiate amongst each other on where youāre positioned in that frame, then you speak your number. I love playing this because it forces you to be really present with your friends and tap into your intuition. Also sometimes there is nothing to talk about with the people so you need a little gameĀ
