so far this year, iβve purchased tickets for Bobo Dylo (the unwashed phenomenon), Neil Young (and his immaculate Horseβ’οΈ), and Richard Thompson. though these tickets were all more expensive than i would have liked them to be, the joy i get from seeing these legendary old fucks play their music is unmatched buy the ticket, go see your heroes. you may not be able to see them again p.s. - i know that buying expensive tickets isnβt an option for everyone, but iβm just trying to encourage you to go ahead and do it if it is even remotely within your budget. hell, be a pal, buy an extra ticket for your buddy who canβt
even though the show is in a city you do not live in and you canβt realistically afford an airbnb or hotel for the night π bc who knows when the next tour will be, or if they blow up and then you never get the small venue experience again.
